Is there any extra fee for home massage service?

If you live in Kowloon West, the above price already includes the technician's travel expenses and all disposable items, so you don't need to pay any additional fees. However, if you live in the New Territories, you will need to pay additional travel expenses.
The menu price for each service has already included all the disposable consumables and the transportation fee inside Kowloon west. There will be an additional transportation charge if you live in Hong Kong Island or New Territories.

Is there anything I need to take notes of the home massage service?

Accepted Answer

You just need to wait for the technician to call you. The technician will call you fifteen minutes before the treatment or when you arrive. The technician will also prepare all the massage items for your home, including disposable items, massage oil, aromatherapy machine, towels, and suitable and comfortable clothes full of Thai style. You just need to sit at home and enjoy the Thai massage.
 
Our therapists will give you a call 15 minutes before the appointed time or they will give you a call when they arrived. Therapists will come with all items needed for the massage treatment, including all disposable consumables, jasmine massage oil, aroma diffuser, towel, and Thai apparel for massage treatment. All you need to do is relax.

How can I contact with the therapist?

Massage TakeOut currently does not provide a service for customers to proactively contact the masseur, but if you have any questions about the masseur, you can click here to contact our customer service specialists. The masseur will also call you 15 minutes before the treatment or after arrival to notify you.

I have an appointment for myself only, how come there are two therapists?"

To ensure the quality of massage services and the safety of customers and therapists, Massage TakeOut arranges two masseuses as a small team to provide you with professional Thai massage services. The main masseuse will massage you, while the assistant masseuse will prepare the materials and equipment required for the massage.

One therapist will conduct the massage in which the other therapist will prepare all the equipment needed during the massage treatment.
