Massage Take-Out Notes for In-Home Massage Appointments

   1 Number of Therapists: ◦ Maximum of three therapists can be dispatched at the same time.
    ◦ A maximum of three therapists can be dispatched at the same time. If four or more people need a massage, please make a reservation in advance to ensure there are enough therapists available.

    2 Additional Charges
    ◦ The price of the massage service includes the round trip fare of the therapist and the cost of disposables. There is no extra charge for customers in Kowloon West, but customers outside of Kowloon West (except Prince Edward, Mongkok, Yau Ma Tei, Jordan, and Tsim Sha Tsui), Hong Kong Island and New Territories will need to pay extra transportation fees.

    3 Cross District Massage Charges.
   ◦ Massage Take Out’s services are centred in Yau Ma Tei, and the charges for cross-district massages are calculated based on the special car price. Regardless of the destination, we will provide reasonable fares based on different regions with no hidden fees.

   ◦ Hong Kong Island areas: Central, Wan Chai, Admiralty, Causeway Bay: HKD 80, other Hong Kong Island areas: HKD 120

  ◦ Kowloon areas: Prince Edward, Mong Kok, Jordan, Yau Ma Tei, Tsim Sha Tsui: Free, other Kowloon areas: HKD 50

  ◦ New Territories: All New Territories (including Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Tai Po, etc.): HKD 150, Tung Chung: HKD 150

    4 Service Charge Calculation.
    ◦ Temporarily unavailable for locations that require a boat ride.
    ◦ The hotel will not charge any extra fees, but if it is an old building that requires stairs, an additional HKD20 will be charged for each floor starting from the fourth floor.
    ◦ Residential guests are required to notify the security guard in advance to allow the therapist to enter and exit the property.
   ◦ All disposable items are included in the price of each massage session.
   ◦ There is no gratuity requirement, customers can decide whether to give the therapist a gratuity or not.

   5 Service Charges:

   ◦ Guests can choose to pay in cash.
   ◦ Guests can choose to pay by cash, payment or money transfer, and the massage therapist will collect the payment from you.

    6 Preparation for the massage: ◦ Guests can prepare for the massage at home.
    ◦ Guests simply wait at home, and the therapist will contact them 15 minutes before the start of the treatment or upon arrival. The therapist will bring disposables, massage oils, an aromatherapy machine/fireless aromatherapy, towels, and comfortable massage attire for a relaxing in-home Thai massage.
    ◦ If a bed is used for the massage, it is recommended that enough room be left for the therapist to move around, i.e., at least two sides of the bed should be available for the therapist to stand and work.
